Well, David, it may be for the umpeenth time I've seen the Gorge portrayed in an excellent photograph or painting, but I never tire of experiencing it thru either means. Each image conveys something different by seeing it in it's many different moods witnessed by different people. BTW, I've tried twice w/o success to add your blog to my list.
Hi Todd,I found a vantage point different from the bazillions of other photographs take of this scene (including many of mine). I like it's perspective. The weather was changing constantly that day. Love it when, in a grand landscape, there are areas included that are shaded by clouds and others in the sun-it gives the feeling the vastness that exists. This was shot with a lens that surprised me with it's sharpness.As to the inability to add me to your blog list. That is not satisfactory! The in house blog expert is up in the Gorge painting with Elio, but will have her help me when she get's back.Cheers
